我建議聽力還要加強。
1. 這個差別很清楚:
have 有 v 的發音
if 有 f 的發音，而且用”if”的話整個語調會變成強調if這個字(會有重音)，have是一個助動詞絕對沒有重音。我想另外說，”how long if you” 是幾乎不可能的文法。我查詢Google發現有三個用到這說法，其中一個是亂寫的。Google還有16,000多個但是都是跨句子的: “…how long. If you…” 。如果你想查英文用法，正確的話Google應該會丟給你千萬個例子，你要把例子前後加英文括號 “…”。
2. 這兩個唸得一樣，第一個(has)一定會有過去分詞(你的例子沒有寫，所以不可能是”is”的意思)。第二個(is)一定會加類似”going to”(你的例子也沒有寫)所以不可能是”has”這個字。中文不是也有非常多的同音字嗎，那你怎麼分別呢?
